The Patriot is a mid-sized plan that offers plenty of room. It has 1,404 SF above ground with another 864 SF in the optional finished basement.
The main floor has a bedroom, kitchen and combination living and dining area. A full bath is centrally located to all the rooms and easily accessed from the back deck through either the kitchen or living room.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms with a shared full bath. The walkout basement has two bedrooms, a den, a full bath and a laundry.
As with any of Honest Abe Log Homes’ floor plans, the Patriot can be constructed from a variety of materials. The log and shown in the rendering is a beautiful combination, but it can just as easily be erected with timber frame construction or even with SIP.
