The great room has a fireplace and large picture windows, one of which looks out onto a deck that wraps around the back and becomes a covered porch.
The exterior is designed so that a combination of materials can be used, including logs, wooden fish scale shingle siding, weatherboard, Hardie board or even stucco. Construction could utilize a combination of Structural Insulated Panels (SIP) and timber frame.
