The Mayberry is a mid-sized home 1,419 SF plan created by a pair of Honest Abe customers.
A covered porch wraps around ¾ of the first floor with access doors through the kitchen, bathroom and living room.
Downstairs is a guest bedroom with a closet and a separate full bath. The utility room is off a kitchen that has an island workspace with a built-in dishwasher.
In the corner of the living room, which is open to the kitchen, there is a fireplace.
Upstairs is the primary suite with a luxury bath and a large walk-in closet. The loft, open to the living room below, has a small outside balcony.
Twin dormers add visual interest to the facade.
As with any Honest Abe Log Homes’ plan, a basement can be added and construction can be of log, timber frame, structural insulated panels or a combination of building materials.
Honest Abe’s drafting and design department can modify and customize the Riverview plan to any specifications.
